Orders placed with Sweet & Fresh establish a contractual relationship between us and the customer. We need to be able to perform our legal obligations under the applicable terms and conditions. Therefore, we process your personal data to execute your order, as well as for administrative purposes, such as sending invoices.

(ii) What legal basis justifies the processing of personal data for this purpose?
We process personal data based on the contract you entered into with Sweet & Fresh regarding the delivery of the products.

(iii) Which personal data do we process for this purpose?
For this purpose, we process your contact details such as your (delivery) address, telephone number and e-mail address, personal data such as name, payment and credit information, order history and other data stored in our database with all customer relations of Sweet & Fresh. This information will also be used to create a customer account.

Your personal information will be stored for up to 7 years after the end of our relationship with you. After this period your personal data will be deleted from our systems.
